As part of the Project Team, through interactions and work, you will be exposed to the different disciplines that make up the team, from internal customers in the Product Line Management Team, right through to the customer facing Service Team. You will also work on a Placement Project with your fellow Student Placement Engineers, chosen from a list of candidates defined by the Sperry Marine Engineering Team.

You will have the opportunity to learn how full life cycle product development works in the real-world, using an agile development process, and what it means to work as a team towards a common goal through your collaboration with the wider Engineering Team.We fully expect you to put into practice skills you have learnt on your course so far, and once complete take back your experiences into the final years of your course.
