Role Overview
In this role, you will be responsible for organising the front of house and the day-to-day running of the site.
 
Responsibilities:
- Manage Reception (welcome and assist visitors, handle mail and phone communication)
- Manage the stationary supplies for all employees
- Manage the warehouse stock and coordinating the logistics
Administer local IT equipment
- Support local Travel and Event Bookings
- Provide Facility Management support (overseeing office maintenance, supporting lease documentations)
- Carry out any other reasonable management request
- Be aware of and comply with the Security Procedures, Company Standards of Conduct and all relevant statutory requirement
Skills & Experience
- Effective communicator, both in German and English: good interpersonal skills, as you will be directly liaising with a range of stakeholders, face to face, over email and on the phone
 - Good working knowledge of MS Office software
- Ideally, an apprenticeship in business (or equivalent) or some experience in administration/support functions
