Role Overview

We're looking to grow our System Engineering team and looking for candidates to primarily provide system engineering support for the design and development of a new highly integrated maritime platform management system in the UK Defence Sector. The project is currently in the requirements definition phase and we are looking to build a team of systems engineers to work closely with both the Internal and External Stakeholders to develop a world class solution.

The team help drive the other functions through the Project Lifecycle from Customer needs to Validation (and closeout) and members of the team are embedded within our program areas and help to drive good systems engineering practice across all our projects. The team have a strong culture of collaboration and support across programmes, as well as encouraging individual development.

Skills & Experience
We are looking for highly motivated Systems engineers. Great candidates will have worked in a regulated industry(e.g. Maritime, Aviation or Defence). They will also have experience with requirements management tools (such as DOORS) and be comfortable in a customer facing role. An ability to co-ordinate with the other engineering functions and help solve problems as the arise will be key to being successful in this role.
 
All of our roles require successful candidates to undergo and maintain a Baseline Personnel Security Standard and/or United Kingdom Security Vetting (UKSV) to obtain a Security Check (SC) without restrictions.
