Role Overview
The Capture & Bid Manager is responsible for coordinating the company’s approach and response to the more important and/or complex opportunities we pursue.  Taking ownership of the complete tendering process, from assembling and managing capture and bid teams, through to presenting sign-off packages at the Executive and Corporate level.  This role will involve working closely with the Regional BD Directors and Managers, and will support the wider business as required.
Skills & Experience
- A proven track record of delivering successful bids
- Working in a complex, multidisciplinary, multi-site organisation.
- A working understanding of electrical systems, and system integration.
- Knowledge and understanding of standard sales strategies,
- Producing pricing for large and complex packages of equipment and services.
- Full business lifecycle management, including capture, qualification and developing capture/bid plans and winning strategies
- Proficient in MS Office, particularly Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Visio
- Sales Pitch and Proposal writing
