Role Overview

We are looking for an IFS (ERP) Functional Analyst to support IFS activities on a newly implemented IFS APPs 9 ERP system.  You'll have experience working with IFS ERP system version 8 or above and experience in multiple IFS functional areas such as Service Management and Finance.

You'll coordinate  with multiple individuals / departments in order to provide IFS functional solutions that is applicable across all business functions. We are also at a phase of expanding the use of IFS across all business activities, therefore its essential to work with business users and IFS technical developers to produce IFS solutions / processes that meet requirements of NGSM.

Skills & Experience

- Experience in IFS consultancy on IFS Finance/ Service Management/ Distribution.
- Facilitate communication and requirements between IFS technical resources and work Stream Leads/ Super Users as well as the wider business. 
- Advice and share knowledge in key IFS modules such as Finance, Service Management, Project, Distribution. 
- Provide IFS functional design for requests on integrations and configurations to ensure compatibility with core-IFS processes. 
- Write IFS specifications based on business requirements. 
- Coordinate with IFS Case on reported issues and arrange IFS patches to be deployed.
- Manage internal issues queue and provide first-line support.
- Facilitate and participate in testing of IFS configurations and IFS Processes. 
- User training.

Additional Skills qualifications:
- Object oriented design and use of tools such as Visio, 2C8.     
- Industry experience in Defence/ Service or Maritime.
- IFS Permissions and access model.
- Experience in IFS consultancy on IFS Projects, CRM, Engineering
