Role Overview
In this role you'll be processing customer’s orders according related procedures (WPA 503) and NGSM standards.
 
You'll support interfaces (accurate scope of supply), produce technically drawings and documentation for all company manufactured or sold products (with support from CAD). Covering customer specific documentation for IBS and Sperry Navigation equipment (VM, Gyro, Steering, etc) to support customer orders and Project Management. Meeting rules and regulations of Class, Flag authorities, ISO & IEC standards.
 
Support of technical inquiries and clarification for Customer and NGSM PLM, Engineering, Procurement, Proposal, Service, BD and Reseller.
Skills & Experience

Required:
• Technical understanding and in-depth knowledge as required for proper technical application of the products
• Efficient work and communication skills
• Ability to work in an international teams and (matrix) organisation
• Ability to follow ISO processes for unified, compliant and traceable project documentation
• Strives for continuous improvement

High acquirable:
• Familiar with IMO Requirements, Class Rules, Flag Rules and other regulatory requirements

Acquirable:
• Knowledge of marine navigation equipment e.g. radar, gyro, ECDIS, GMDSS, radio
• Knowledge of ERP System (IFS, etc.)
• Advance MS SharePoint knowledge and use of database, etc.
• Advanced computer network skills

 
All of our roles require successful candidates to undergo and maintain a Baseline Personnel Security Standard and/or United Kingdom Security Vetting (UKSV) to obtain a Security Check (SC) without restrictions.
